When the purchaser would not spend the equilibrium, Gordian may, at its absolute discretion, terminate the SPA and monetise, market and/or sell the property to any 3rd party, withhold any deposit obtained for the purchase on the property, and/or seek out another solution that it might be lawfully entitled to, in all instances, without the purchaser
